1. Do not respond to a letter immediately - immediately after you have read it. 3. Offer an intelligent solution. 4. Stand firmly on the ground and stand up for your opinion. If the letter uses an offensive form of address and/or inadequate arguments, you should not just sit on your butt and swallow such rudeness. Below is a list of nuances that people pay attention to when deciding whether to respond to a letter. The requirements may seem overly stringent, but this is not a matter of personal like or dislike, but what periodical editors, recruiters and owners of reputable companies actually pay attention to.
